Award-winning Graze Wine Bar returns with a six-course culinary experience that takes its cues from neolithic times – reimagined through the contemporary lens head chef Max Gordy has become known for.

The menu will draw on ingredients that would have been available at the time, thousands of years ago, and will mostly be cooked over fire and oven baked.
