Learn to make procession masks with Luke Scott
Professional prop maker Luke Scott leads this craft workshop where you will learn to make procession masks. All materials and tools provided.
Once built, bring the mask to The Night Crossing procession, which begins at 5.30pm on Friday 19 June outside Te Papa.
About Luke Scott
Luke has been crafting elaborate props and scenery for New Zealand theatre shows since 2015. He has a BA in Theatre Studies from Victoria University and a Diploma in Scenic Construction and Properties from Te Kura Toi Whakaari: The New Zealand Drama School.
He was the lead designer and maker on previous Lōemis events: Ērthe (large format sculpture) and Wolf Run (pictured here).
